Inspection and Condition Survey of Piers 1, 2 and 3 at the PANY&NJ Brooklyn Marine Terminal. Detailed inspection of routine and priority rated concrete extensions and timber piles for design rehabilitation by the Port Authority of New York and Jersey’s in-house Structural Design Group. All field work was performed by a 3-man inspection dive team during 2003.
