NY State OGS - Term Contract Surveying Services Various NYS Correctional Facilities Region Nos. 1 & 2	Topographic surveys and mapping; property boundary surveys, property acquisition surveying and mapping.
Term Agreement County of Nassau, NY	Survey, mapping and construction stakeout on an as-needed basis.
Southern NJ Light Rail Transit System Gloucester, Camden & Burlington Counties	Topographic; boundary and right-of-way surveying; and, ground control for 35 miles of rail line. Boswell's responsibilities further included Global Positioning System (GPS) services for a first order survey of 17 control pairs over the 35 miles and photo control for NJTA between Camden and Trenton, NJ
Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital Greystone, NJ	Survey control, boundary analysis, wetlands delineation, GPS for first order control.
Ramapo College Mahwah, NJ	Boundary and topographic survey and site plan for 5-story dormitory building and associated site improvements.
Bergen County Jail Hackensack, NJ	Boundary and topographic survey and site plan design.
One Bergen County Plaza Hackensack, NJ	Boundary and topographic survey and site plan for a proposed 4-story Administration building and 5-level parking garage structure.
New Residence Hall and Pedestrian Bridge Teaneck/Hackensack Campus Fairleigh Dickinson University Hackensack, NJ	Site/civil and environmental engineering for a new 77,000 sq. ft. residence hall. The project includes boundary and topographic survey, the reconfiguration of the parking and utilities in the vicinity of the new building, the relocation of a cul-de-sac, and the design of a 420 foot long pedestrian bridge over the Hackensack River.
Port Authority of New York & New Jersey Liberty International Airport Newark, NJ	As-built surveys of the monorail, access roads to the monorail from the parking lots and South Brewster Road. In addition, the surveying services under this assignment include locating all utilities above and below ground along the roadways and parking lots, overhead wires, storm drainage, and sanitary drainage.
