Boswell McClave Engineering , our Municipal Engineering Division, is a merger of two of the oldest and most respected municipal engineering organizations in the country. Our professional staff provides advisory services to local governing bodies, planning and zoning boards, boards of education and other municipal bodies. In addition, our government liaison services assist clients in complying with all federal, state, regional and local regulations, and in securing permits, grants and low-interest loans.
