The project included the design of two (2) baseball/softball fields, a football field, a soccer field, a roller hockey rink, a concession stand with locker rooms and restrooms, walking paths, and a 100-car parking lot. The complex is located on a 25-acre site. Environmental permits were required for stream encroachment, wetlands and water quality. In addition to the 20th Century Field, Boswell also constructed the four (4) adjoining baseball/softball fields, two (2) soccer fields, and one (1) football field which allow this facility to accommodate a variety of games simultaneously.
